Thomas Croc, a graduate of the Nam Yang Kung Fu Retreat's instructor program in Pai, Thailand, teaches Shaolin kung fu and chi kung in the beach village of Arillas on Corfu: weekly classes that visitors may join, and retreats of one or two weeks with morning chi kung, walking meditation and the Shuang Yang form, afternoon kung fu and partner training, and a shared dinner at his home.
