A Daoist temple in the Wudang range, west of Shiyan, where Li Shifu teaches foreign students on fixed-date residential courses in Wudang Tai He fist, water and fire tai chi, the Dragon Heart sword, qigong, internal alchemy and Daoist medicine. Students live in the temple under its precepts, with a vegetarian diet and a share of the temple chores.
The 2026 courses run to 23 November. The 2027 schedule is not posted yet.
