A small Wudang retreat school next to Yuzhen Palace at the foot of the Wudang Mountains, led by Master Zheng Shihe of the Sanfeng lineage. It runs all-inclusive stays from seven days up to a year in Wudang kung fu, Sanfeng tai chi, qigong and meditation, with fixed-date group retreats through the year.
