The Okinawa headquarters of the World Oshukai federation, led by Kenyu Chinen, teaching Okinawa Shorin-ryu karate and Okinawa kobudo at the Okinawa Traditional Karate-do Kobudo International Training Center in Yomitan. The federation runs international seminars, some of them in Okinawa, and says it invites people to visit and train.
